What you will actually do

As a geomatics engineer, you will design and manage systems that capture, analyze, and represent data about our territory.

  • Design measurement systems and geomatics tools for acquiring and managing geospatial data.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze geospatial databases.
  • Develop geographic information systems (GIS) for land managers (forestry, agriculture, mining, urban planning).
  • Collect and analyze geospatial information to produce topographic maps and 3D representations.
